According to him, priority is Binance today - global deployment. At the same time, the American branch of the platform continues to operate in the country, but cannot conduct transactions with the US dollar after accusations from the Ministry of Justice.

Binance left the US in November 2023 after settling for $4.3 billion with authorities for violating sanctions, money laundering and operating without a license. Currently, Binance is subject to strict oversight measures by the Ministry of Justice and FinCEN.
